SDOF is a spiritual movement initiated by the Holy Episcopal Synod for members of the Malankara Orthodox Church aged between forty and sixty.

Mission Statement

The primary goal is to nurture the spiritual life of members within the above-mentioned age bracket by focusing on the objectives of Faith (വിശ്വാസം), Witness (സാക്ഷ്യം), and Edification/Instruction (പ്രബോധനം) to instill values, vision, and self-confidence in their lives.

The member's life should itself become a message, creating action beyond mere preaching. The aim is to create excellent examples through acts of charity via a virtuous life, serving as a good witness to society. The movement works with the understanding that the human mission is to share with others what has been seen, heard, and experienced.
